The
CSC s established to give “Single
Window Solution” to the Consumers. The CSC s are
inherited a challenging and difficult task to handle the both
Consumers and Staff. There was a need for a complete change in
attitude to an efficiency and Service focus.
A new era has dawned
in customer services with the functioning of the Round-the-Clock
Customer Service Centre on contact no
155333.
This customer
service centre will function as a single-window facility where
consumers can register their day-to-day grievances.
